AddedGroups
Groups • per-person shift attendance
The Shifts tab on a group now shows an attendance status for each assigned person, worked out from their own clock-in and clock-out, for example Worked, In progress, No-show, or Upcoming. Each assignee name links straight to that person's detail page. This answers at a glance who turned up for a shift and who did not.
UpdatedContracts
Contracts • clearer start and prefilled parties for new contracts
Starting a new contract now opens a single modal where you choose between generating from a template and uploading a signed PDF. The parties are prefilled on the template wizard and on the uploaded-PDF sign and create steps, so you no longer retype who the contract is between. Modal hover and focus styling is calmer to match the rest of the workspace.
AddedContracts
Contracts • upload an already-signed contract
When creating a contract you can now choose to generate it from a template as before, or upload a contract that has already been signed on paper or elsewhere. An uploaded contract records its signed date, optional validity dates, and the PDF itself, and a signed certificate can be merged and emailed to the parties. This sits next to the existing New contract button on a person's contracts tab.
FixedClockwork
Clockwork • session group stays in sync with its shift
Editing the group on a session now also updates the group on its linked shift assignment, so the two no longer drift apart. Sessions linked to a shift also resolve to the correct group in reports. This keeps group reports and exports accurate when a session was matched to a scheduled shift.
AddedClockwork
Clockwork • revoke a session's approval
An approved session can now be unapproved without editing it, in case it was signed off by mistake. The Unapprove action lives in the session detail and returns the session to its closed or adjusted state, ready to be approved again. Adjusting an approved session still clears its approval automatically as before.
UpdatedPower
Power • historical and inactive source analytics
Power analytics now keep historical data accessible after a source is switched off, with a per-source toggle to show or hide inactive sources in the analytics. Source capacity inputs accept European comma decimals and have consistent spinner controls, including the power factor and kVA fields. This makes past events and decommissioned sources easier to review.
UpdatedClockwork
Clockwork • shift role and role label shown on session labels
Sessions linked to a shift now show the shift role name together with any role label, for example Bartender · Senior or Truck · C1, instead of only the role label on its own. Ad-hoc sessions without a shift continue to show their task. This appears on the user, group, and project session views and their exports.
FixedGroups
Groups • overtime eligibility follows the report group
When a session is pulled into a group report through its shift, its overtime eligibility now follows the group the report is for rather than the worker's own home group. Previously one employee working a single shift could make a volunteer group's report show empty overtime rows. Group summaries, exports, and PDFs now reflect the correct group.
FixedPayroll
Payroll • European comma in overtime hour figures
The decimal hours figure in overtime summaries now always uses a comma, for example 18h 30m shown as 18,50h, in every language and across the web summaries, PDFs, and CSV exports. Previously it could show a period, which was wrong on Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish accounts and for managers viewing the app in English.
UpdatedPayroll
Payroll • clearer overtime summaries in reports and exports
Overtime summaries now read the same way everywhere, with worked hours as the main figure and regular and overtime listed beneath it, across the web summaries, the group, user, and project PDFs, and the CSV exports. The worked hours total is always shown alongside the breakdown, and overtime rows, columns, and notes are hidden when a report has no overtime to show, so an overtime-free group no longer displays empty overtime lines.
UpdatedClockwork
Clockwork • overtime calculated per session
Overtime is now worked out for each session on its own rather than by adding up a person's hours across the day. With a nine hour threshold, a single ten hour session counts one hour of overtime, while two six hour sessions on the same day count none. Sessions that are not eligible for overtime stay fully regular, and the threshold wording across the app and reports now reads per session to match.
FixedUI
UI • consistent group tab spacing
The Shifts and Sessions tabs on a group now use the same toolbar spacing and name styling, removing a small visual inconsistency between the two.
FixedClockwork
Clockwork • clock-in lookup fix on the terminal
Clocking in by employee number could fail on the terminal because of an internal error in the lookup. This is fixed so clock-in by employee number works reliably again.
AddedClockwork
Clockwork • configurable overtime eligibility
Each account can now choose which kinds of worker earn overtime, with separate on and off switches for employees, invoice workers, dugnad and volunteers, and sessions-only people, plus an option to follow the worker type set on their group. Existing accounts keep their previous behaviour until an admin changes these settings, and per-person and per-session overrides still apply on top.
FixedWorkforce
Workforce • reliable role changes when editing a user
Saving an edit to a user now correctly loads their existing role first, so a change of role is detected and applied reliably. A missing step meant the previous role was not read, which could let a role change on the edit form be handled incorrectly.
UpdatedLegal
Privacy • cookieless analytics with consent mode
Analytics now follow Google Consent Mode v2. When cookies are accepted, analytics run as normal; when they are not, only cookieless, identifier-free measurement pings are sent and nothing is stored on the device. Advertising storage and personalisation stay switched off at all times. A few pages that previously sat outside analytics, including QR clock-in links, token request forms, and the public risk-assessment form, are now measured the same privacy-respecting way, with sensitive link tokens stripped before anything is recorded.
FixedUI
UI • cleaner workspace picker
The workspace picker shown after login is given its own isolated, frame-less styling so it renders cleanly and consistently when an account has access to more than one workspace.
UpdatedWorkforce
Workforce • smoother admin onboarding across workspaces
Adding an account administrator who already exists on the platform now reuses their existing global account instead of creating a duplicate, so the same person can manage several workspaces with one login. The street address field is also optional when completing a profile, removing an unnecessary block during sign-up.
FixedGroups
Groups • overtime totals calculated per person
Group and project hour summaries, and their CSV exports, now apply the daily overtime threshold to each person individually rather than to the combined daily hours of the whole group. Previously a group total could show far too much overtime and too little regular time; totals now reflect the real per-person figures.
AddedGroups
Groups • generate new clock-in PINs for a group
A new bulk action on the group page issues a fresh clock-in PIN to every self-service member with an email address and sends it by email, including the terminal address so members know where to use it. The new PIN is only saved once its email is sent, so a delivery failure leaves the existing PIN working untouched. This action covers terminal access only and does not affect workspace login.
FixedClockwork
Clockwork • future clock times rejected
Editing a session can no longer set a clock-in or clock-out time in the future, which prevented sessions with impossible times from reaching payroll. The open badge on the Last 15 activity feed is also fixed so an open session is shown correctly.
UpdatedClockwork
Clockwork • clearer notes in the session edit modal
The session edit modal now separates the manager note, which is editable, from the worker clock-in and clock-out notes, which are shown read-only so the original entries are preserved. A dedicated Note on clock out field is added, duplicate manager notes are removed, and empty dash placeholders are cleaned up. Times entered by a manager are correctly converted from the account time zone before saving.
AddedAccreditation
Accreditation • export personnel sessions
Accreditation personnel sessions can now be exported to PDF and CSV for reporting and handover. The PDF status column is widened so longer statuses are no longer truncated, and closed, open, and multi-type sessions all render correctly in both formats.
AddedAccreditation
Accreditation • capture a vehicle with the request
A new accreditation can now include a vehicle. Ticking Add a vehicle on the form makes registration and colour required so the vehicle details are captured alongside the person, and leaving it unticked submits as before with no vehicle. This keeps a person and their vehicle together in one request rather than handled separately.
UpdatedMessaging
Messaging • faster sending in the standard template
Workspace messages now send in the background through the job queue instead of one recipient at a time while you wait, so composing to a large group returns immediately. The emails are also wrapped in the standard branded template, so a message to crew looks consistent with the rest of the platform.
