UpdatedSuppliers
Suppliers • detail page split into clear sections
The supplier overview used to list company details, registry data, and request history together in one block, which made confirmation timestamps read like registry timestamps. It is now split into three labelled sections that each answer a distinct question: Company for the identity and operational address, Bronnoysund for the registry details and sync status, and Supplier relationship for the last request sent and last confirmation received. Nothing was removed, only reorganized.
AddedSuppliers
Suppliers • Bronnoysund registry sync
Norwegian suppliers with an organisation number can now be kept in step with the Bronnoysund company register. A Sync now button on the supplier detail page fetches the current registry details, and a weekly automatic sync keeps them fresh without anyone having to check. The sync updates registry-controlled fields only, meaning the legal name, registered address, and company status, and never touches the display name, contacts, or your own notes. When a meaningful change is found, the supplier's internal responsible is emailed so it does not go unnoticed. A short summary shows the result of each manual sync.
AddedSuppliers
Suppliers • separate legal company name
A supplier can now carry both a display name, the everyday name you use for them, and an optional legal name, the official registered company name. Existing suppliers keep their current name in both fields, so nothing changes on screen until you edit it. Supplier search and the parent-supplier picker now match on the legal name as well, so a supplier is easy to find by either name. Both names show on the supplier detail page.
AddedGroups
Groups • self-service portal for group contacts
A worker who is set as the contact person for one or more groups now sees a read-only Groups area in their self-service portal. It shows the group members, shifts, and sessions for each group they are the contact for, using the same views as the workspace but without any management or admin controls. Access is granted only by being the linked contact on an active group; free-text contact fields never grant access. Workers who are not a group contact see nothing new.
FixedUI
UI • mobile navigation tabs no longer clipped
The pill-style navigation tabs used across the workspace are no longer clipped along their top edge on narrow phone screens. The tab row now has enough room to render each button fully, so the active tab reads clearly at a glance.
FixedPower
Power • display fixes on phones
Several small display problems on the power view have been fixed on phones, mainly in Safari on iPhone. The status chips at the top of the power header are no longer clipped along their top edge, the risk level help note no longer runs off the side of the screen, the help icon is centred, and the Headroom figure no longer picks up the risk warning colour. The analytics area also no longer scrolls sideways on narrow screens.
UpdatedPower
Power • clearer explanation of the risk level
A small help note now sits next to the risk level on the power analytics view. It explains that the level reflects how volatile the load profile is, meaning peaks, variation, and load factor, and not how much connected capacity is left. This clears up cases where the risk level could read as an overload warning even when there was plenty of spare capacity. It opens on hover and on tap, so it works on touch screens. Nothing about the risk calculation changed.
FixedScheduling
Shift signup • switching language keeps you in the form
On a signup link that opens a specific form, changing the language with the EN and NO buttons no longer drops you back to a generic signup page. The current form is now carried across the language switch, so the worker stays exactly where they were. Plain signup links are unaffected.
AddedScheduling
Shift signup • role filter on the public shift picker
The public shift signup page now has a Role filter above the shift list, matching the one on a worker's own Shifts page. Filtering hides shifts that do not match the selected role, along with any date headers left empty, and clears a selection that no longer applies. Date grouping, ordering, and the one-shift-per-day rule are all kept. On the single-column signup card the filter fills the full width so it is easy to use on a phone.
FixedScheduling
Scheduling • meeting point now shows on the shift QR email
The meeting point set on a shift now appears on the shift QR email, the one a worker receives with their clock-in QR code. It was being left off that email even when set, so the arrival guidance did not reach the worker there. It now shows directly above the QR code, matching the shift reminder email. Shifts without a meeting point are unchanged.
FixedGroups
Groups • subgroups show their parent in every picker
Group dropdowns now show a subgroup as Parent / Group name rather than the subgroup name on its own, so two subgroups with similar names can be told apart. This was already the case in most places and now also covers the shift Add and Edit forms and the shift import, which previously showed the subgroup name alone.
UpdatedGroups
Groups • only leaf groups can be assigned
Parent groups, meaning any group that has subgroups, are no longer offered when assigning a user, session, or shift to a group. Assignments now always go to a specific leaf group, which keeps reports and payroll grouped correctly. Parent groups are still used everywhere they make sense, for hierarchy display, reporting, filtering, manager scope, and messaging recipients. The rule is now applied consistently across the whole workspace, including the user, clock-in, session, shift, and import forms.
UpdatedScheduling
Scheduling • unified shift assignment across Schedule and Approvals
Assigning a worker to a shift now works the same way from both the schedule and the approvals list, using one shared shift panel instead of two different ones. The panel gains a per-worker group selector that defaults to the shift's group and pre-fills with the worker's own group, so you can place someone in the right group as you assign them. Selecting a worker no longer assigns them on a single keystroke; assignment happens only when you click Assign, which prevents accidental assignments.
FixedScheduling
Scheduling • corrected the Clocked count on Schedule Execution
The Clocked figure in the Schedule Execution breakdown was counting only the people on the clock at the very end of each period, so a busy day could show a misleadingly small number and disagree with the per-location card. It now counts everyone who was on the clock at any point during the period, matching the location cards and what you would expect. The other figures and the staffing chart are unchanged.
UpdatedScheduling
Scheduling • cleaner statistics with collapsible breakdowns
Schedule statistics now lead each card with a combined summary for the selected period and tuck the detailed breakdowns, by day, by interval, by role, and by location, behind a button that expands them when you want the detail. Every breakdown is collapsed by default, so the page opens to the headline numbers first. The figures themselves are unchanged; only the layout is calmer.
UpdatedUI
UI • consistent workspace density
Spacing and density across the workspace have been normalized so list pages, detail pages, and their tabs share the same padding and rhythm. This removes small inconsistencies between modules and makes the backend read more consistently on phones, tablets, and desktops. No change to any functionality.
AddedScheduling
Scheduling • meeting point on shifts
A shift can now carry an optional meeting point, a short free-text note telling workers where to show up before they clock in, for example Main gate or Backstage entrance. It appears on the worker's Shifts page and at clock-in, in the shift reminder and QR emails, and in the schedule exports and PDFs. It is purely informational and never affects sessions, time, or payroll.
UpdatedUI
UI • group pickers show the parent group
Group dropdowns in the Clockwork forms and the user assignment modal now show a subgroup as Parent / Group name rather than the subgroup name on its own. For accounts that use subgroups this makes it clear which parent a group sits under when two subgroups have similar names.
FixedPayroll
Payroll • per-group overtime applied in exports
Payroll exports now apply each group's own overtime policy through the group the export is run for, the same way the on-screen group reports already worked. Previously an export could fall back to the worker's home-group rule instead of the report group's, which could over or under count overtime for workers shared across groups. Exports now reflect the correct group.
When a group or the account requires approval, worker sign-ups arrive as pending requests on a new Requests page under Schedule. A manager can approve, which confirms the shift and emails the worker a confirmation, or reject the request. Approval is capacity-safe, so a request can never push a shift past its number of places. Each group can require approval, confirm automatically, or follow the account default, set in the Schedule module settings.
AddedScheduling
Scheduling • workers can sign up for open shifts
Workers who log in to self service now have a Shifts page where they can browse open shifts on the same board layout as the schedule, switching between one day, three day, and week views, and sign up for a shift themselves. A role filter and clear card colours help them find the right shift. Depending on the account or group setting, signing up either confirms the shift straight away or sends a request for a manager to approve, and a worker can withdraw a request they no longer want.
AddedBilling
Billing • contact person and billing email
Account billing now records a contact person and a dedicated billing email, with an invoice type selector. When the billing or reply-to email is left empty, the account's contact email is used as the fallback, so there is always a sensible recipient. These fields appear in both the workspace billing settings and the platform admin account details.
AddedMessaging
Messaging • send to a group's contact people
Messages can now be addressed to the contact people of a group as a recipient scope, alongside the existing options. Recipients are still resolved at send time, so each message logs exactly who it went to.
AddedMessaging
Messaging • reply-to address for your account
Each account can now set a reply-to email address so that replies to messages reach the right inbox rather than going nowhere. HR Cluster's own domains are blocked as a reply-to so replies cannot be pointed back at the platform. The field is set in the account's email delivery settings.
UpdatedMessaging
Messaging • redesigned messaging module
The messaging module has been redesigned for faster everyday use. Compose and message views are cleaner, the recipient list sits in its own card on the message detail, the list subject is lighter, and the layout is denser on operational screens. There is no change to how messages are sent or logged.
