Schedule • the board updates in place, and Cancel shift is on every surface

Adding, editing, cancelling and deleting a shift no longer reload the page: the board refreshes in place, keeping your scroll position, the days you collapsed and any rows you had selected. A shift added outside the visible window takes you to its date. Cancel shift and Delete are offered on the row menu in both the calendar and the list layout, in the shift window's footer and at the foot of the edit form, all three confirming in the same dialog.

Users • correcting an email to an address the same person already uses elsewhere

Editing a member's email to an address that already belongs to an identity in another workspace was refused as already in use, so a typo could never be corrected once the right address existed anywhere. Because that identity is the same person, the edit now re-points this membership onto it and brings this workspace's history along: sessions, PIN, documents, QR tokens, scan history and contact links. Nothing changes in the person's other workspaces. The change is refused, and nothing is written, if that identity already has a membership here, including a removed one, since that would be two memberships for one person.

Deliveries • one expected arrival is the normal case; a time window is a workspace decision

The public registration form, the information request page and the supplier portal ask for Arrival as a date and an Expected arrival time, and never for an end time. In the workspace, the Add and Edit delivery forms ask the same and offer Make it a time window, which reveals an end time; a delivery that already has one opens in window mode, and Remove time window asks before dropping it. Wherever a delivery is shown, a single time reads Expected arrival 02:45 and a window reads Arrival window 02:45➜03:00. Moving the start of a window keeps its length, so 02:45➜03:00 moved to 03:15 becomes 03:15➜03:30. The delivery and its Production Plan rows now always state the same arrival: changing it on either side updates the other, including the end time. A supplier or public proposal carries one expected arrival, and approving it replaces an existing window with that time; the review dialog says so beside Current ➜ Proposed when it applies. The first vehicle on a delivery arrives with the delivery and is not asked for a time of its own; a further vehicle can tick This vehicle arrives at a different time.

Signup • a shift taken through a form link is worked for the form's group

A signed-in member who took a shift through a signup link attached to another group's form had their own group silently rewritten to that group by the act of picking a shift. Signing in and picking shifts now changes nothing about the person: their group stays what it was. The shift is instead recorded as worked for the form's group, which is what payroll and the group's session reports count, so a member of group A can take a shift for group B and the hours land where the work was done. Approving such a request keeps that group rather than replacing it with the person's home group.

Deliveries • the four ways to enter a delivery ask the same questions

The public registration link asked for one plate and nothing about the vehicle, took the company as free text with no way to name a supplier already on file, and the Add delivery dialog in the workspace asked for no supplier at all, so a delivery entered by you was thinner than one proposed by a supplier. The public form, the information request page, the supplier portal and the Add delivery dialog now share the same vehicle cards (plate, driver, phone, email, description, and any number of vehicles) and the same Company field: start typing to find a registered supplier, shown with its organisation number, or type a company that is not registered and it is saved as written. The suggestions appear beside the field rather than at the top of the page. Registrations with more than one vehicle approve correctly (they used to be refused as a whole). In the workspace, vehicle details can be entered when creating a delivery instead of in a second dialog, the project picker sits top right like the Production Plan's, and the delivery dialog lists the plan items first.

Deliveries • the contact person and the driver are asked once, not twice

On the public registration form and the supplier portal the contact person is asked as first and last name, like the driver, with email and phone side by side. Your details sits at the foot of the public form, after what is arriving, in the order the supplier portal already used. Each vehicle card offers Use this driver as the contact person; ticking it fills Your details from that driver, including the country code, and locks those fields while the driver's own fields stay editable. Unticking restores what you had typed. The public form no longer asks for a delivery description twice: each vehicle card carries its own, and that is the one the delivery keeps.

Deliveries • sending an information request or a registration invitation works again

From the module's first day until 10 September, pressing Send on a delivery information request or on the registration link's invitation answered with an error page and sent nothing. Both send again.

Billing • a double click no longer upgrades or requests cancellation twice

Submitting the plan upgrade twice in quick succession (a double click, a refresh, a browser retry) went through twice, sending duplicate confirmation emails to you and to support for one decision. Requesting cancellation a second time already changed nothing but still sent support a second notification. Both are now handled once: the upgrade is applied and confirmed a single time, and a repeated cancellation request sends nothing further while still telling you the request is on record.

Billing • the upgrade confirmation arrives in your language

The confirmation email sent to the admin who upgrades the plan was hardcoded English, whatever language their profile says, and named the plans from fixed text rather than from the plans on record. It is now sent in the recipient's own language and names the actual plans. The two remaining English messages on the Billing page are translated too; where the second one signals a configuration problem rather than something you did, it now tells you to contact support.

Contracts • the group contract reminder shows up in the email delivery log

The automatic reminder that chases unsigned group contracts reached its recipients but was never written to the delivery log under Settings ➜ Email delivery, so it could not be seen, alerted on or suppressed like every other email the workspace sends. It is now logged like the rest.

Languages • Swedish and Danish can be selected

Both languages were fully translated and accepted by the language switcher, but every place that asks you to choose a language offered only English and Norwegian: Settings ➜ General, a user's edit form, your own Me page, the supplier invitation and the platform's account forms. All of them now offer English, Norsk, Svenska and Dansk, named in their own language.

Settings • module names appear in your language

Settings ➜ Modules listed every module by its English name (Schedule, Users, Groups, Forms, Locations and so on) beside a sidebar that was already translated, and most module configuration pages carried the same English heading. The hub and the headings now use the same translated names as the navigation. Product names such as Clockwork stay as they are.

Layout • three narrow-screen fixes

At 320 px the Clockwork header's action row ran past the edge and clipped the Open terminal button; it now wraps, as do the similar rows on Users, Forms and Groups. The tab row on a group's detail page (Details, Members, Shifts, Sessions) could not shrink and pushed the page wider than the phone; it now scrolls within its own row. On the Production Plan, the delete cross on a row sat outside its card on a phone; it stays inside the card.

Public pages • the language you pick stays picked

Switching language on a public page could send you back to the first step and still show the old language, because the switcher dropped the part of the address that selected the page and the choice was forgotten on the next request. On every public surface (supplier portal, delivery registration and information pages, signup and registration forms, incident reporting, contact and channel lists, accreditation intake, vehicle requests, risk pages and Plan Live) the switcher now keeps you on the page you were on and the choice is remembered for that workspace's pages. A language chosen on one workspace's public page no longer follows you onto another's.

Deliveries • its own module, with a public registration link and per-delivery information requests

Deliveries has moved out of the Vehicles tab and is a module of its own under Ops, with the pills Deliveries, Pending deliveries and Help, its own permissions (view and manage, granted to everyone who already had the matching Vehicles permission), and a card under Settings ➜ Modules. Vehicles themselves stay in Vehicles; a delivery refers to a vehicle and never duplicates its record. Two new ways for people outside the workspace to enter a delivery: a public registration link per project that anyone can use without an account (turned off until you enable it, and Regenerate stops the old link at once), and an information request that emails one person a link to complete one specific delivery, which expires and can be cancelled. Both create pending deliveries for you to approve; nothing reaches the record until you do. A company that is not a registered supplier is simply typed in, and no supplier record is created behind your back. Approving still requires Production Plan edit access, since a delivery is also a plan row.

Projects settings • the page no longer claims an override that clock-ins ignore

Settings ➜ Modules ➜ Projects could show Force all sessions to project as On with the project picker reading None, while every clock-in path was deliberately ignoring the stale override. That happened whenever the chosen project was archived or inactive, and pressing Save in that state silently cleared the stored project. The page now says when the override is on but not in effect and why (no project chosen, the project is not active, or it no longer exists), keeps an archived or inactive project selected and labelled so Save does not erase it, offers active projects only, and refuses On with no project instead of saving a setting that does nothing.

Print materials • the preview and the download always match what you selected

Changing the selection after a preview renumbered the order badges but left the preview and the Download PDF link describing the previous composition, so a poster could be printed with actions you had since removed or without ones you had added. Preview and download now follow every change to the selection, the presets and the language. The Crew tent preset, which produced exactly the same poster as Production office, is removed; Production office stays.

Settings • the Import and Export hubs say why a card is disabled, and fit the screen

A disabled Production plan card on the Export hub gave no reason, and the one on the Import hub named the module even when the module was on and the missing piece was your permission. Each now names the cause that applies. Five cards no longer leave one alone on a row on a wide screen, the action buttons on the Export hub wrap instead of being cut off at narrower desktop widths in every language, and the CSV column reference on Import ➜ Shifts fits a phone instead of running off the card.

Workspace • small visual corrections

A handful of one-line fixes found while checking pages: the members and open column headers on Groups, Departments and the crew list are capitalised like their neighbours; the Show items toggle on a delivery row is no longer underlined and takes the muted colour of the line it sits in; a shared delivery reference is marked by its link glyph alone rather than also being bold; and three supplier badges that had been rendering without colour since they were written now show as intended, with pending review in amber and New supplier in blue so the two no longer read as the same warning.

Workspace • Settings and Schedule pages name themselves in the browser tab

Ten Settings pages (General, Modules, Import, Export, Print materials, Billing and the three export pages) and the Schedule pages Signup links and Lists all showed the same title in the browser tab, so with a few tabs open they could not be told apart in the tab strip, the history or a bookmark. Each now carries the name of its own tab, and the five import flows (users, shifts, sessions, assignments, production plan) are named individually as well.

Suppliers • a supplier can propose changes to their own people

The confirmation link you email a supplier now lets them confirm their people as well as their details: they see their contacts by name and role only, can flag someone who has left, and can propose someone new. Every roster change is a proposal that waits for your approval and is applied after the field updates you approve, so a supplier never edits your records directly. This rides on the per-recipient confirmation link, not the shared intake link, and the page shows no email addresses or phone numbers.

Competence • one expiring-soon window, and the state badges show their colour

The Competence overview flagged a certificate as expiring within 60 days while the same person's record and their own Me page used 30, so one document read Expiring on one page and Valid on another. Every surface now uses one window of 30 days, and the overview's label states the number it uses. The state badges (valid, expiring, expired, rejected, pending, missing) had no styling at all and rendered as plain text; they now show as coloured badges on the overview, the per-user tab, the review dialog and the worker's own competence page. Missing stays neutral, since it is the starting state for everything a person has not uploaded yet.

Filter panels • they follow the page when it scrolls, and OK works again

Opening a column filter on the Production Plan, the Checklist, the Supplier report or the Deliveries list and then scrolling left the panel hanging in mid-air over unrelated rows. The panel now follows its column, and the row menu on the schedule board does the same. Separately, for a few hours on 8 September the OK button on those panels did nothing at all (Enter, Cancel and Escape still worked), which read as a filter that loaded open and could not be applied. OK applies the filter and closes the panel again.

Deliveries • filter the list by vehicle weight

The Vehicles column filter on the Deliveries list now reads as one sentence: Only vehicles over or under a number of kilograms, with one-click Over 3500 kg and Under 3500 kg shortcuts. The standard figure is set per workspace under Settings ➜ Modules ➜ Vehicles (default 3500 kg, the class B boundary), and the field prefills with it; the filter is off until you pick a direction, so pressing OK on another column's panel never switches it on. Comparisons are strict, so a 3500 kg vehicle is on neither side. A vehicle with no recorded weight cannot be ruled out, so its delivery is shown and marked Weight unknown while the filter is active, rather than being hidden behind a list that looks complete.

Suppliers • a supplier can have more than one contact

A supplier record held exactly one contact, so a second person from the same company had nowhere to go except over the top of the first. A supplier now carries additional contacts beneath its primary one, listed together on the supplier page, with the primary contact staying where it always was and still editable through the confirmation flow. When a public intake submission matches an existing supplier, the reviewer can attach the person as a contact of that supplier instead of applying the submission; that writes a contact and changes nothing on the supplier itself. The same email cannot be added to a supplier twice.
